The Feds can put a GPS tracking device on your car and record your movements, all without a warrant .  However, this may reach the Supreme Court as the D.C. court of appeals ruled that the use of GPS tracking without a warrant was wrong .  To the cynic in me however, I would expect the 'supreme' court to rule against personal privacy.  The constitution is nothing more than toilet paper.
